I am successful at negotiating sizable price reductions because of the analytical process I use. With every offer, I aggregate a list of comparable homes that have sold and at what cost. I use this data repeatedly in negotiations including multiple counteroffers before reaching the right price. As a listing agent, I use my marketing background to continually monitor and tweak how your listing is being shown and viewed online. I have had over 50 listings so far and I have successfully sold all of them. To all of my clients, I offer a likable and service orientated approach to being a real estate agent. I have a no pressure approach that works well for my clients and me. I am laid-back, but I firmly stand up for my clients and their best interests. It was such a pleasure working with Brian.  Brian repeatedly went out of his way to work with me taking detailed video of properties including exterior drone video footage.  I don't believe I would have found a place without him.  I'm out of state and couldn't travel regularly to look at property   so Brian was essential and went above and beyond to show me homes.

Brian Becker called me back as soon as I contacted him through the Zillow website. He was very gracious and answered all my questions. He took the initiative with visits to the property I selected. He filmed the inside and outside of the house with a video camera so I could get a feel for the size and beauty of the place. He worked very hard to get a showing with the tenant, and then ended up speaking on my behalf to the court so I would be allowed to see the property. He answers emails and phone calls daily, and has a lot of information about the local area.
