As a buyers agent, I help clients find the "right" home. Once we locate this desired home, I assist in all of the logistics involved in obtaining it. From Contracts and Contingencies, Price Negotiations, financial loan options, Home & Septic Inspections (& repairs), obtaining title insurance and then assisting your financial institution by providing them with what they need right away BUT I also stay on top of them to successfully meet your closing date. I am successful at negotiating sizable price reductions because of the analytical process I use. 

As a listing agent, I use my 15 years of outside marketing experience to continually monitor and tweak how your listing is being shown and viewed online. I have had over 50 listings so far, and I have successfully sold all of them.
