From Contracts and Contingencies, Price Negotiations, financial loan options, Home & Septic Inspections (& repairs), obtaining title insurance and then assisting your financial institution by providing them with what they need right away BUT I also stay on top of them to successfully meet your closing date. I am successful at negotiating sizable price reductions because of the analytical process I use. With every offer, I aggregate a list of comparable homes that have sold and at what cost. I use this data repeatedly in negotiations including multiple counteroffers before reaching the right price.
As a listing agent, I use my marketing background to continually monitor and tweak how your listing is being shown and viewed online. I have had over 50 listings so far and I have successfully sold all of them.
